Welcome to Grazie Mille – a family-run Neapolitan pizzeria in Walsall. More than just a restaurant, we’re a celebration of heritage, flavour, and community. From our hand-stretched dough to our live cooking experiences, everything we do is rooted in tradition and delivered with passion.
Founded by Andreas Singh in 2021, Grazie Mille began as a pizza trailer, travelling to weddings and private events across the Midlands. What started as a tribute to his late father – a proud Italian who passed down a love for real pizza – has grown into Walsall’s only dedicated Neapolitan pizzeria.
In March 2025, we opened our first restaurant on Bridge Street. The name ‘Grazie Mille’, meaning ‘thanks a thousand’ in Italian, is a heartfelt message to the community that’s supported us on this journey.
At Grazie Mille, we don't just make pizza; we create an experience. Every ingredient is carefully selected, every pizza is crafted with passion, and every customer is treated like family.
Where It All Began
Post-COVID, Andreas launched a mobile pizza trailer with one clear mission: to serve authentic Neapolitan pizza just as his father once did. Handmade dough, long fermentation, fast cooking – all brought together with premium ingredients and live cooking theatre.
Our story is one of family, food, and perseverance. We’ve catered for weddings, birthdays, and corporate events – each one bringing us closer to our dream of a permanent home. That dream became reality with the opening of our restaurant in Walsall – a space where every dish tells a story.
